electrolysis to other removal treatments.
When it comes to hair removal for the face, we offer eyebrow
waxes, upper lip waxes, and lip and chin waxes. Eyebrow waxing involves the
removal of stray hairs from the general form of your natural eyebrow shape, but
it is also possible to create a more precise and distinctive shape in order to best
frame your eyes and face. The upper lip wax removes hair between your nose and
your lip, whilst the addition of chin hair removal does this as well as any
unwanted chin hairs.
The Body
When you want to bare your legs in the summer sun, but you would rather
a smooth and sleek finish to your skin, a half leg wax or full leg wax will
mean that you can make the most of being hair-free for longer. The half leg wax
will usually be the bottom half of your legs, allowing you to expose your legs
in skirts or shorts hair-free. We also offer a full back wax and full chest
wax, so you can remove any hair from top to toe. Additionally, our full leg wax
can be combined with an underarm wax and bikini wax.
Intimate Areas
A bikini wax takes place in a more intimate area, and the most
basic option for this area is the bikini line wax, which removes pubic hair
from the upper thigh area. At the very least, this will remove hair from the
underwear or bikini line, with a full bikini wax taking the sides a little
deeper than a regular one, and may include some waxing at the top to create a
defined triangular shape. A Brazilian wax takes even more hair off, including
the front and back, with a small strip at the front left for example in a
triangle, square or rectangle shape. Lastly, the Hollywood wax consists of
complete hair removal from this area.
Electrolysis
Whilst wax removal treatment pulls out any hair from their
follicles once attached to the wax, electrolysis works by passing on an
electric current, removing the hair roots through the application of heat. We
offer electrolysis treatments in either 15-minutes or 30-minute time slots.
Electrolysis offers a longer-lasting hair removal solution when compared with
waxing.
Other Removal Treatments
In addition to our hair removal treatments, we also offer skin tag
or milia removal. Furthermore, we offer treatments in IPL for a more permanent
hair removal option, as well as removal or red veins and pigmentation. IPL
stands for ‘Intense Pulsed Light’ and it is a type of light therapy that
consists of using light of various wavelengths, penetrating to the second layer
of your skin without harming the top layer. The energy converts to heat, which
destroys the hair follicle or unwanted pigment.
