Hands and Feet Treatments offered at Olney

Here at the House of Beauty, we offer a range of treatments from our three salons. Today we’re shining the spotlight on our hands and feet treatments from Olney salon in Buckinghamshire. If you’re looking for a manicure or pedicure, then read on to find out more.

Manicures and Pedicures

Manicures are a form of beauty treatment focussed on your hands and nails, coming from the Latin for ‘hand care’. A pedicure is a very similar beauty treatment, but focussed at the other end – on your feet and toenails. Pedicures offer an additional bonus as they don’t just concern the nails themselves, but also the surrounding skin, often involving the whole of the foot in the treatment. There are many types of manicures and pedicures, and here at the House of Beauty, we offer OPI gel nail manicures and pedicures, and a choice of two different treatment options.

Standard Treatment

Our pedicures are available as a standard treatment or a full treatment, using OPI gel nails. Our manicures are just available as a standard treatment. The standard price is just £30, and this includes a simple file of the nails with cuticle work. Then you will be able to select the gel polish of your choice for either your hands or feet. Again, the word comes from the Latin for ‘foot care’.

Full Treatment

Our full OPI gel treatment for pedicures includes the usual filing of the nails, but also includes a lovely relaxing foot soak, allowing us to provide hard skin removal. Again, we also tidy your cuticles, and as well as selecting your choice of polish, before that we give you a nice foot and leg massage, all for just £44.

OPI Gel Nail Polish

OPI gel nail polish provides a high-gloss and weightless feel. They are odour-free and use LED cured systems, offering our clients durability and great wear. Founded in California, you can get Hollywood-style nails right here in the UK.

Aftercare

Our manicures and pedicures use soak-off gel nail polish, which refers to the removal process. Once it is time for the removal of your nail polish, we recommend that you come for the soak-off aftercare treatment, which is just £11. This process involves soaking the nails in acetone for removal. Acetone is an organic colourless liquid which works to remove these flexible, lightweight nails. If you’re replacing your nails immediately, we can offer your soak off treatment for just £6.
